#Me2A * Fresno, CA: April 12 – “Our Line in the Sand”. See our events page. This is an opportunity for YOU to get involved with saving Our Rights. Hosted by our friend Nicki Stallard. * Washington, DC: While the news heads focus on President Trump’s anger and tweets in regards to the FBI raid on his personal lawyer Michael Cohen. The question remains, what is the purpose of the Mueller investigation? We have seen a couple of these already, where when the individual was brought in and all of the talking heads said it was over for President Trump. So far, nothing seems to have come from any of the previous ones. We will have to see in regards to Cohen. * China/ U.S.: The word of wars continues as the President of China threatens to extend tariffs to U.S. automobiles. * Syria: [UPDATE] The number of dead has been revised to somewhere in the 40s but expected to rise. 500 people were treated at local hospitals and aid stations with symptoms matching chemical weapon attacks. Russia continues to back the Assad government and claims there were no chemical attacks. It is widely believed that Isreal was the nation that responsible for the airstrikes on the Syrian airforce base, though no official confirmation exists and the Israelis commonly do not comment or claim responsibility in military actions. [END UPDATE] A suspected chemical attack Saturday in Douma, a suburb east of Damascus, may end up killing hundreds of civilians. Already numbers from different areas are being reported as “over 100, entire families, 15, dozens, 40, 70 killed, 1000 injured. It appears that in response to the chemical attack, a military airport near the city of Homs was hit with multiple airstrikes though it is unclear what damage might have been inflicted. Interestingly, no one knows who hit the military base at the moment. The U.S. was immediately blamed but has denied being a part of any airstrikes in Syria recently. The unconfirmed news is that approximately 8 missiles were launched against the base, three to five were intercepted by defenses. There is some speculation that this might have been an Israeli airstrike, but again, not confirmed. 14 people may have been killed in the attack. Developing story, a lot may change. -Warnings/ Advisories (NOAA) * Special Weather Statement: A couple of Pacific weather systems will bring rain, mountain snow, breezy winds and colder temperatures to interior northern California this week.- Burney Basin, Eastern Shasta County; Carquinez Strait and Delta; Central Sacramento Valley; Clear Lake, Southern Lake County; Motherlode; Mountains Southwestern Shasta County to Northern Lake County; Northeast Foothills, Sacramento Valley; Northern Sacramento Valley; Northern San Joaquin Valley; Shasta Lake Area, Northern Shasta County; Southern Sacramento Valley; West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada; Western Plumas County, Lassen Park * High Wind watch: Eastern Sierra Slopes of Inyo County, Owens Valley, Cadiz Basin; Death Valley National Park; Eastern Mojave Desert, Including the Mojave National Preserve, Morongo Basin; Western Mojave Desert, Apple and Lucerne Valleys; Coachella Valley; Riverside County Mountains; San Bernardino County Mountains; San Diego County Deserts; San Diego County Mountains; San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning, Fire Weather Watch: Lower Colorado River Valley, Imperial County And Eastern Riverside County; Joshua Tree National Park; Lower Colorado River Valley CA -Weather (South Bay/ San Jose) * Sunrise - 0640hrs.
