It seems that the additional sanctions as well as putting pressure on Russia and China have brought Kim to the negotiation table. Kim apparently has said that removing nukes from North Korea is a possibility. * California: Some towns in California and now Orange County have broken from California’s Sanctuary state laws. Orange County voted Tuesday to join the lawsuit fighting California’s Sanctuary City laws. As well the County Sheriff’s Department announced its own methods of pushing back against sanctuary legislation. California Attorney General Becerra did not rule out taking action against his own officials that fight the sanctuary laws including the above-mentioned sheriff. * Sacramento, CA: Protestors were angered after police rushed into a crowd that was pounding on city council chamber windows. The council was meeting for a public forum on the shooting death by police of Stephon Clark, 22 yrs old.
