* San Jose, CA: The Metcalf power plant had an Officer involved shooting last night. Details are very sketchy, investigation is ongoing. Various news sources state that a person in a black Mercedes pulled up to the front gate. A male got out and retrieved an axe from the trunk. He had a sword in the front seat. It is being reported that he was shot by at least one officer and killed when he refused to drop the axe. Developing story, expect changes. You may recall this power plant as the one that was shot at in 2013 exposing a vulnerability in the power grid. * Santa Barbara, CA: Mudslides have wreaked havoc where the former fires were just weeks ago.
