* Koreas: North and South Korea have agreed to hold military talks to defuse border tension. This will be the first high level meeting in 2 years. A military hotline will be re-established between the two countries. Also, North Korea has decided it will be sending a delegation to the 2018 Winter Olympic Games being held in South Korea in February.
