12/04/17 - 1007hrs Daily report, California State Militia

* Washington, DC: A lot to watch this week including; Supreme Court to hear the case of a baker who turned down gay couple’s wedding request. The government shut down (seriously, why is this in the news every year? How does the leading Country in the free world have to face government shutdowns every year, still overtax its citizens and not have enough money to balance the budget much less pay down the debt?) President Trump is slamming the DOJ and FBI for its double standards in handling investigations of Hillary Clinton vs Michael Flynn. There are further indications that President Trump will recognize Jerusalem as the Capitol of Israel with the decision possibly coming this week. * Washington, DC: Indiana Rep Todd Rokita is introducing a Bill to hold State and local politicians responsible for breaking Federal laws (in this case immigration). “Stopping Lawless Actions of Politicians (SLAP) Act” would subject violators with up to $1 million fine and up to five years in prison. I think they should also include politicians that infringe on Constitutional Rights as well… but it will be hard enough to get this Bill through. -Warnings/ Advisories (NOAA) * Hard Freeze Warning: East-Central San Joaquin Valley; Southeastern San Joaquin Valley; Southwestern San Joaquin Valley; West-Central San Joaquin Valley, Indian Wells Valley, Southeastern Kern County Desert, * Red Flag Warning: Los Angeles County San Fernando Valley; Los Angeles County San Gabriel Valley; Santa Clarita Valley; Ventura County Coast; Ventura County Coastal Valleys; Ventura County Interior Valley, Los Angeles County Coast including Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica Mountains Recreational Area, Los Angeles County Mountains, Angeles National Forest; Ventura County Mountains, Los Padres National Forest, Orange County Coastal; Orange County Inland; Riverside County Mountains-Including The San Jacinto Ranger District Of The San Bernardino National Forest; San Bernardino County Mountains-Including The Mountain Top And Front Country Ranger Districts Of The San Bernardino National Forest; San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys - The Inland Empire; San Diego County Coastal Areas; San Diego County Inland Valleys; San Diego County Mountains-Including The Palomar And Descanso Ranger Districts of the Cleveland National Forest; San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning; Santa Ana Mountains-Including The Trabuco Ranger District of the Cleveland National Forest * Wind Advisory: Ventura County Coast, Ventura County Coastal Valleys; Ventura County Interior Valleys, Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles County San Fernando Valley, * Lake Wind Advisory: Greater Lake Tahoe Area * High Wind Warning: Ventura County Coast, Ventura County Coastal Valleys; Ventura County Interior Valleys, Santa Clarita Valley, Los Angeles County San Fernando Valley, Santa Monica Mountains Recreational Area, Los Angeles County Mountains excluding the Santa Monica Range; Ventura County Mountains, Orange County Coastal; Orange County Inland; Riverside County Mountains; San Bernardino County Mountains; San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire; San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning; Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, San Diego County Inland Valleys; San Diego County Mountains * Coastal Flood Warning: Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore; Northern Monterey Bay; San Francisco; San Francisco Peninsula Coast; Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast * Beach Hazards Statement: Coastal Del Norte; Mendocino Coast; Northern Humboldt Coast; Southwestern Humboldt -Weather (South Bay/ San Jose) * Sunrise - 0707hrs. Violence in the Capitol of Yemen over the weekend included an RPG attack on Saleh’s vehicle as rebel forces took hold of the Capitol. The civil war in Yemen is now considered one of the world’s worst humanitarian crises due to famine threatening millions of civilians, disease epidemics spreading as well as the casualties from the ongoing conflict. The current President of Yemen has ordered the military to retake the capital. * Nigeria: The Nigerian government has given permission to our Defense Department allowing US drones to be armed flying throughout Nideria. - CA Firearms Laws: * Same tyranny as yesterday …It’s going to get worse… * HR 38 the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act could be voted on this week. Send your support or if you are in California like me, just tell the communist representative that you probably have that you support this and they can go to hell. Thought of the day: Punishing politicians is a great idea. Like really punishing them, not just sending them in front of an ethics committee. How severe? Well the SLAP Act is a good baseline I think. There should be another level though. These politicians are actually supposed to be Our representatives. They are supposed to follow the Constitution, not bend it, not work around it, and not ignore it. For politicians that do this, Treason with an ultimate punishment of death should be enforced. To harsh? Consider the damage that ignoring the Constitution has already caused just here in California. Leland Yee, one of the loudest voices for stripping law-abiding citizens of Constitutional Rights is found guilty of illegal Arms dealing. Why are we paying for him to be in prison? Don’t get me wrong, I place a very high value in life; I don’t suggest death as some sophomoric, knee-jerk, bumper sticker saying catchphrase. I suggest it because it is scary; it is ultimate and should be a last resort but one that is used if necessary. The serial killer may kill 10, 20, 30 or even more people, put an entire city on edge, but a politician can destroy Rights for generations to come, a politician, by not standing by the Constitution, that rather sells out to following the desires of the majority mob, can alter and erode the very bedrock of individual freedom that is the basis for Our Nation. Of course a politician doesn’t care when what is at stake is re-election, then they will promise anything, erode any Rights and even ignore them flat out…if that gets them re-elected…but what if they had to balance that against treason….against swinging at the end of a rope? Some might argue we would get worse politicians. Perhaps. I tend to think we would get more individuals with strong character and a willingness to do the right thing. At least if they didn’t, there would be consequences. Now we can’t even take their pensions and lifelong health insurance away.
