11/15/17 - 0947hrs Daily report, California State Militia

* Red Bluff, CA – UPDATE – The shooter was 43yr old Kevin Jansen Neal. It appears he was facing charges of assault and had a restraining order against him. His own sister also said he struggled with mental illness and had a violent temper. It is unclear whether he was able to legally possess firearms at the time. 4 innocents are dead as well as the gunman in what appears to initially be a random shooting spree. 10 people including students/ children have been hospitalized but numbers are not solid at the moment. Right now there seem to be 7 different shooting scenes. It is being reported that the shooter had 2 handguns and a semi-auto rifle. He was stopped by police officers that shot and killed him. There are reports that the gunman may have been involved in incidents of domestic abuse prior to this. Again, details are still slowly coming out. This will be updated as needed. * San Jose, CA: A man who fits the criteria of a “Classic serial killer” escaped from a psych hospital in Honolulu and was able to board a plane in Maui to San Jose on Sunday. No groups have claimed responsibility yet. - CA Firearms Laws: * Same tyranny as yesterday …It’s going to get worse… Thought of the day: I grow tired of neo-liberal talking-points and their fear of individual freedom. The idea that it is more responsible to be a victim than to responsibly own, train with and carry a firearm to protect oneself and innocents is a cancer. The Governor and the anti-constitutional Democratic representatives of this State just spent tax dollars ensuring that school systems did not have the choice to have armed staff on the premises. Once again, the “Gun Free Zone” signs are worthless. In fact, maybe it is time to sue the manufacturers of those signs for creating a product that obviously does not work.
