11/02/17 - 1014hrs Daily report, California State Militia

* Washington, DC – House Republicans have unveiled the new tax bill. It does preserve the 401K retirement accounts. It does reduce some deductions such as interest of mortgages over $500K for newly purchased homes and deducting property taxes over $10K. “The child tax credit will rise to $1,600 from $1,000, though the $4,050 per child exemption would be repealed.” There is obviously much more to it, each of us as Americans should review it and provide feedback. * North Korea – A Japanese report, citing a North Korean source, claimed that hundreds died at the north Korean nuclear test facility after tunnels collapsed. China had warned that the test site was becoming unstable last month and might not survive another nuclear test. That warning was prior to the Sept 6th test of an apparent hydrogen bomb. Satellite Imagery Company 38 North say a possible “collapsed chimney crater” may be seen at Mount Mantap, where the test are held. South Korean Intelligence agencies have sited movement near the test site as recently as this Thursday indicating the possibility of another missile test. North Korea is vehemently denying that any collapse or loss of life occurred. * Spain/ Catalonia – Arrest warrants have been issued for Catalan leaders including regional leader Carles Puigdemont. A judge also ordered 9 members of the Catalan government jailed while an investigation proceeds. * Oakland, CA – 2000 city workers are engaging in a one day strike to protest the city’s unfair labor practices. * Fire extinguisher recall – Kidde is recalling about 38 million fire extinguishers.
