10/10/17 - 0914hrs Daily report, California State Militia

* North Bay, San Francisco Bay Area – UPDATE - Multiple brush fires that erupted Sunday night spread to massive quick moving firestorms including the 27,000 acre Tubbs Fire. At least 10 people have been killed and 150 are reported missing. 80,000 acres have been burned with the two largest fires both in Napa County which include the above mentioned Tubbs and the 25,000 acre Atlas fire. Both are currently 0% contained. These fires are spread over 8 counties however, greatly stretching the manpower of local agencies and CALfire. At least 1500 buildings have been destroyed but expect that number to go up since it was an early number being reported yesterday. Governor Brown has declared a State of emergency for Napa, Sonoma and Yuba Counties. If you want to volunteer, call the evacuation centers ahead of time and ask them when they need help. They will be happy to schedule your help. Be aware if you just show up you may be turned away as many places get large numbers of volunteers each day. Here is a list to get you started: http://abc7news.com/full-list-north-bay-fires-evacuation-centers-road-closures/2511293/ * North Korea – The Rogue regime’s hackers were able to hack the South Korean Defense ministry and unearth a trove of military documents including plans for war with the North. The hack actually occurred in 2016 but is just being revealed now. * Washington DC – Keep track of the Imran Awan case. He was the IT aide to Rep Debbie Wasserman Shultz. As more and more comes out in early court proceedings, this is looking bigger and bigger. Essentially this man and a laptop found unattended in a public area of a congressional building contain evidence of massive data that Democratic Party Officials have been trying to make disappear. * Texas Tech Campus, Texas – A freshman shot and killed a campus police officer. The student was arrested for evidence of drug use and paraphernalia. At the police station he produced a pistol and shot the officer in the head and then fled by foot. He was soon apprehended. The student was too young to have a legal concealed carry license for carry on a college campus. Prayers for the family and friends of the slain officer. -Warnings/ Advisories * Beach Hazards Statement: Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore; Northern Monterey Bay; San Francisco; San Francisco Peninsula Coast; Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast, Orange County Coastal; San Diego County Coastal Areas, San Luis Obispo County Central Coast; Santa Barbara County Central Coast, Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands; Los Angeles County Coast including Downtown Los Angeles; Ventura County Coast, Coastal Del Norte; Mendocino Coast; Northern Humboldt Coast; Southwestern Humboldt * Wind Advisory: Carquinez Strait and Delta; Central Sacramento Valley; Southern Sacramento Valley, Northern Sacramento Valley, Clear Lake, Southern Lake County; Northeast Foothills, Sacramento Valley; West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada; Western Plumas County, Lassen Park, Indian Wells Valley; Kern County Mountains; Southeastern Kern County Desert; Southeastern San Joaquin Valley; Southwestern San Joaquin Valley, East Bay Hills and the Diablo Range; East Bay Interior Valleys; North Bay Interior Valleys; North Bay Mountains, Chiriaco Summit; Chuckwalla Mountains; Chuckwalla Valley; Imperial County Southeast; Joshua Tree NP West; Palo Verde Valley, Coachella Valley; San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning, Orange County Inland; San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire; Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, Owens Valley, Death Valley National Park, Cadiz Basin; Eastern Mojave Desert, Including the Mojave National Preserve; Morongo Basin; San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley; Western Mojave Desert, * Red Flag warning: San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys - The Inland Empire; Santa Ana Mountains-Including The Trabuco Ranger District of the Cleveland National Forest, San Diego County Inland Valleys; San Diego County Mountains-Including The Palomar And Descanso Ranger Districts of the Cleveland National Forest, San Bernardino County Mountains-Including The Mountain Top And Front Country Ranger Districts Of The San Bernardino National Forest, Orange County Inland; Riverside County Mountains-Including The San Jacinto Ranger District Of The San Bernardino National Forest; San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning, Los Angeles County Coast including Downtown Los Angeles; Ventura County Coast, Ventura County Coastal Valleys; Ventura County Interior Valleys, Santa Clarita Valley; Santa Monica Mountains Recreational Area, Los Angeles County Mountains, Angeles National Forest; Ventura County Mountains, Los Padres National Forest, Los Angeles County San Fernando Valley * Lake Wind Advisory: Greater Lake Tahoe Area -Weather (South Bay/ San Jose) * Sunrise - 0712hrs.
