10/09/17 - 1004hrs Daily report, California State Militia

* North Bay, San Francisco Bay Area – Multiple brush fires have erupted including the 20,000 acre Tubbs Fire. Santa Rosa is a focal point with the evacuation of Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa. Public Schools are closed in Santa Rosa and Calistoga for today. Highway 101 is shutdown in various areas in Mendocino County. Mandatory evacuations are in place for Partrick Rd in Napa County. They have also been ordered in the North Bay for Porter Creek, Petrified Forest, Franz Valley and Mountain Home Ranch Rd. News footage and eyewitness reports have cited homes on fire but a reliable number is not clear at the moment. Governor Brown has declared a State of emergency for Napa, Sonoma and Yuba Counties. * NFL – America’s past-time continues to drop in popularity and ratings as they discover it’s hard to be America’s favorite if you protest the National Anthem and the flag of The United States. On Sunday, Vice President Pence left the Colts vs Niners game when players kneeled during the National Anthem. While Democrats are trying to pen this as a stunt, many Americans are viewing this as the correct response from a Vice President. “Americans know and understand that if we lose that one common thread – the love of country and respect for what we have – then it won’t be long before we lose that freedom that we have,” Ronnie Mitchem, Head Coach Victory and Worship Academy in Crosby Trexas. -Warnings/ Advisories * Beach Hazards Statement: Coastal North Bay Including Point Reyes National Seashore; Northern Monterey Bay; San Francisco; San Francisco Peninsula Coast; Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast, Orange County Coastal; San Diego County Coastal Areas, San Luis Obispo County Central Coast; Santa Barbara County Central Coast, Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands; Los Angeles County Coast including Downtown Los Angeles; Ventura County Coast, Coastal Del Norte; Mendocino Coast; Northern Humboldt Coast; Southwestern Humboldt * Wind Advisory: Carquinez Strait and Delta; Central Sacramento Valley; Southern Sacramento Valley, Northern Sacramento Valley, Clear Lake, Southern Lake County; Northeast Foothills, Sacramento Valley; West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada; Western Plumas County, Lassen Park, Indian Wells Valley; Kern County Mountains; Southeastern Kern County Desert; Southeastern San Joaquin Valley; Southwestern San Joaquin Valley, East Bay Hills and the Diablo Range; East Bay Interior Valleys; North Bay Interior Valleys; North Bay Mountains, Chiriaco Summit; Chuckwalla Mountains; Chuckwalla Valley; Imperial County Southeast; Joshua Tree NP West; Palo Verde Valley, Coachella Valley; San Gorgonio Pass Near Banning, Orange County Inland; San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire; Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills, Owens Valley, Death Valley National Park, Cadiz Basin; Eastern Mojave Desert, Including the Mojave National Preserve; Morongo Basin; San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley; Western Mojave Desert, * Red Flag warning: North Bay Interior Valleys, North bay Mountains, East Bay Interior Valleys, East Bay Hills and Diablo Range, Santa Cruz Mountains, Coastal Mendocino; Hupa; Interior Mendocino; Lower Middle Klamath; North Coast; Trinity; Upper Smith; Van Duzen, Mad River; W Mendocino NF, E Mendocino Unit, Kern County Mountains, San Bernardino County Mountains-Including The Mountain Top And Front Country Ranger Districts Of The San Bernardino National Forest, San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys - The Inland Empire; Santa Ana Mountains-Including The Trabuco Ranger District of the Cleveland National Forest, Central Sacramento Valley including Glenn, Colusa, Yuba, Northern Sutter, Butte County Below 1000 Ft; E Mendocino NF; Eastern Delta; Eastern Portion of Shasta, Trinity NF; Lake County Portion of Lake-Nappa-Sonoma RU; Northern Sacramento Valley to Southern Tehama County Line Below 1000 Ft; Northern San Joaquin Valley in San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties Below 1000 ft - Excludes the Delta; Northern Sierra Foothills from 1000 to 3000 Ft. He is the brother of Ahmed Hanachi who was killed by French police in Marseille after attacking and killing two women. The anti-terrorism investigator in charge cautioned that none of the cases were related and each suspect had different histories and experiences. - CA Firearms Laws: * Same tyranny as yesterday. Thought of the day: Catalonia wants to secede from Spain; a portion of Northern Catalonia has stated that if Catalonia secedes, they would secede from Catalonia to return to Spain. Now, politics aside, because those of Spain and those of the United States are very different, this scenario still is a great primer for….CALIFORNIA SECESSION!!!! That’s right, I said it. Multiple groups are trying to move forward plans to remove California from the Union. I know this concerns some of you but I think in the end (which won’t be pretty) California would be better off. So, let’s say they actually get it on the ballot and enough people vote for encouraging the Democrats to again ignore the Constitution and just declare California independent of and separate from the United States. Do you really think that the supporters of The State of Jefferson are going to go along with that? California would almost immediately lose a third of its territory plus other pockets throughout the state that want to remain part of the United States. Then there is the Federal Government. Just like Spain, it cannot allow one of its territories just leave. There are national security interests in the land of California, there are industrial concerns as well. Though much of Silicon Valley might think this is a good agenda, there are quite a few companies that work on National defense projects that also bring a pretty penny to California. Like Catalonia, many of those companies would leave. Many other companies not base in California would stop doing business here so as not to upset the Unites States and lose favor with a much more powerful partner. No, I don’t think it is impossible for California to secede…I do think it is highly unlikely that it would be successful though. The question will be “How much bloodshed is required to resolve the situation?” I am a Californian but I am an American first. 10/09/17 - 1317hrs Supplemental report California State Militia

* North Bay, San Francisco Bay Area – Right now 1 person has died and 2 have been injured by the North Bay Fires. 65,000 acres across eight counties have been ablaze. 1500 structures have been destroyed. Governor Brown has declared a state of emergency to try to direct critical resources for residents and firefighters. Because of the amounts of fires, firefighting resources have been stretched thin including air assets. Homes that have not been burned are unfortunately being hit by looters. It appears that the fires began last night after 10pm and spread very quickly due to the high winds. If you are in the North Bay, these fires have been moving extremely quickly, pay attention to what officials are saying and listen to and follow evacuation orders.
