Was there ever a discussion based on any type of statistics or logic about bullet buttons? How about eliminating standard 30rnd magazines or pistol magazines over 10rnds? Because if we look at the data on that, it clearly shows that for self-defense more ammunition is usually required, especially in cases with multiple attackers. Do our brothers and sister in blue carry 10rnd magazines? Why not? But really, here are the two reasons that California politicians no longer have credibility when speaking on ‘commonsense gun laws’ (no one of them isn’t de Leon’s famous speech where he confirms his ineptitude on firearms). The first is that again and again (see Nancy Pelosi speech recently) it comes out that they do not care about the Constitution and believe that they are the keepers of Our rights. There can be no misunderstanding here, their goal is to dis-arm every Californian who is not law enforcement and doesn’t get special favors. The second and perhaps the most important, they voted to reduce stealing guns to a misdemeanor! How the hell can you talk about common sense when you just made it easier for criminals to get the firearms that they use by lowering the punishment? The criminals don’t go to the gun store, get a back ground check and wait 10 days! They break into a police car or unlocked police car and steal the damn gun! But when they use it to kill an innocent civilian and rob someone or use it in a drive by they blame the NRA. OK, let’s be specific, this is mostly the Democratic Party of California. You want your Country and your state back? Work on removing every single one of these people from office. Go to any local political rally and demand that the person running explain to you how they will defend and use the Constitution in their daily job representing you. If they can’t, find another. BTW – I don’t care what their label is, I care about what they say they will do AND what they actually do. * Same tyranny as yesterday.
