* Puerto Rico: UPDATE – The dam is still holding as of today. Attempting to begin recovery from the massive hits by two hurricanes, the people now face a dam failure. Authorities are trying to evacuate 70,000 people with very little modern communication (Almost no cell service, no electricity, no phones). The dam is located in the NW of Puerto Rico and is called the Guajataca Dam. A small breach has been discovered by an engineer prompting the evacuation because they do not know if it will lead to a total failure of the dam. * Rest of the news is all about standing or kneeling, invites and declines.
