08/27/17 - 1032hrs Daily report, California State Militia

* Texas Coast – Hundreds of people so far have been saved from rising flood waters by rescuers. Heavy downpours and high winds are complicating rescue efforts. Reports now are that 3 have died and 14 injured. Expect more information as First Responders are able to get into areas. WANT TO HELP? Donate blood; they need O- & O+. Research the charities there on the ground and donate cash. * Bay Area – Excessive Heat Alert for the Bay. Expect temperatures in some areas to hit 100 degrees. Stay hydrated, use sunscreen and avoid excessive work outdoors for extended periods. * California – Excessive heat and High Fire Danger exist in many parts of the State today, be smart and safe. * Bay Area Rallies – Many rallies are still scheduled for today but the “Say No to Marxism” rally was cancelled or at least the coordinator has asked that no one attend for fears of safety. Groups may still converge on Berkeley so avoid the area if possible.
