* North Korea – The rogue state appears to be holding off launches into the water near Guam for the moment. Their news agency released a statement stating that they would watch the “foolish and stupid Yankees” a little more before deciding what to do. * Bay Area – 2 Rallies are happening later this month that you might want to be aware of. “Patriot Prayer” will be held in San Francisco on August 26th. “No to Marxism” will be held in Berkeley on August 27th. Both rallies will likely have counter-protestors and could turn into unruly areas during the events. * Durham, NC – A day after protestors decided to remove a 100 year old statue of a Confederate Soldier, law enforcement has decided to press charges. They are attempting to identify specific protestors and bring criminal charges against them. The Sheriff has stated that they did not arrest anyone the day before or break it up because they “decided that restraint and public safety would be our priority.” * Two more executives have resigned from President Trump’s manufacturing council. The small town west of Mosul that is held by ISIS and is being hit to prepare it for upcoming ground assaults. - CA Firearms Laws: * Same tyranny as yesterday Thought of the day: The danger of censorship, of adjusting the “meaning” of particular Rights in the “Bill of Rights”, no matter how noble those intentions are to fight bigotry, injustice or crime, creates an inherent danger. That inherent danger is that those of good intentions cannot know or predict if those changes will be used against them or other innocent citizens in the future.
